Application Fee Disclosure:
The Application Fee pays for the following cost incurred by HomeRiver Group:

• Third-party services for processing identity, income and rental reference verification as well as pulling consumer credit reports for each applicant: $45.00
• Staff labor costs to review screening results and communicate with the applicant throughout the process: $5.00
• Total application screening fee: $50

Alternate Option From Credit Reports for Housing Voucher Holders:
We offer an alternative screening process other than use of one's personal credit history. If an applicant submits a request, at or prior to submitting a rental application, we will seek to use the applicant's rental payment history, overall payment records, bank statements etc. to determine applicants credit worthiness.
