We have two staff members that are CPMs® (Certified Property Managers) and are members of IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management). Our staff of property managers are all active members of NARPM® (The National Association of Residential Property Managers) and our firm has been accredited with the CRMC® (Certified Residential Management Company) designation. Being a member of NARPM® gives us access to other companies nationwide doing the same business and using similar methods. This allows HomeRiver to take the best ideas from across the country and put them into action for you.
Robert A. Machado CPM, MPM, our president, created the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) first organized charity event in 2010. He was the first chair and the charity has since raised over $400,000.00 for various charities around the country. In 2016 Mr. Machado organized the local chapter of NARPM’s charity event and was the chair of the event. HomeRiver was the Event Sponsor having donated $5,000.00. The charity was Shriners Hospital for Children of Northern California. The event raised over $28,000.00 for this worthy hospital. Giving back to the community shows our commitment in our market and helps us show residents, vendors, and owners that HomeRiver cares.
